*脱模剂，是专门用来防止模压硫化*制品脱模时,不容易从模穴中取出制品的现象。在*制硫化中能迅速达到离模清洁的脱模作用，并且能增加生产效率及降低模具保养维修费用，同时也能使金属与非金属间保有优良的润滑作用。1、*脱模剂主要针对硅橡胶配件、商标胶模、*按键生产脱模而开发的新型产品，具有脱模性优异、产品表面光洁、不污染等特点。2、不易污染模具，减少清洗模具的次数，二次加工容易。3、降低成形品的不良率。4、只需涂上薄薄一层，不会积留在角落，故可提高尺寸的精确性5、脱模剂无色,无味,*,不伤皮肤,对人体无害.6、由于极低的表面张力及优越的热安定性，能*应用在严酷的温度中，因为此产品有着极高的安定性及安全性，也根本无刺激性及危害性，尽可放心使用。7、该产品具有易于分散、添加比例低等特点，还能提高产品的胶联效果。该产品同时可用于食品级制品。模可离的838D以及1782是氟素脱模剂，都可适用于*。MA5002C原装进口模可离不影响塑料的二次加工性能。

（密封条） 汽车密封条的橡胶材料有密实胶、海绵胶和硬质橡胶三种。硬质橡胶的硬度可达邵氏A95。密封条的胶料较多使用耐老化、耐低温、耐水气、耐化学腐蚀，特别是耐臭氧老化的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）,也可选择具有良好耐臭氧性能及良好耐老化性能的氯丁橡胶（CR）。考虑到常用胶料的工艺性能，有时还需要选用并用橡胶，如天然橡胶（NR）与CR及丁苯橡胶（SBR）三种橡胶并用或聚乙烯（PE）、EPDM及NR橡塑并用型以改进耐臭氧性。密封条的接角对通常是平板模压制成的，需要脱模剂脱模，要求无油腻，不开口，通常选择我们的Mclube1805A或者水性的6301（6310罐），可以到达客户的要求。
