本机由机座、机头、减速箱、工作台、切角刀、拖板等零部件组成。
电机通过减速箱减速后，带动飞轮旋转，当扳下操作手柄（图（2）中14）或踩下踏板（图（2）中19）时，开关座（12）即与飞轮（11）啮合，从而使偏心轮（3）转动，再通过连杆（2）带动切角刀（15）作上下裁切运动。

试车Test run在机器安装好后，在接通电源试车，试车前应将各注油孔、滑动面、，注入润滑油，开机前用手扳动偏心轮(图(2)中3)，使切刀做一、两次循环运动，检查机器是否正常，电机转动方向应与偏心轮上箭头所指方向相同，否则裁切时会导致机器非正常损坏。可打开机器左侧小门，观察飞轮转向（图（2）中11）是否与偏心轮上箭头所指方向一致。
After the machine is installed, before the power supply test is connected, each injection hole, sliding surface, and lubricating oil should be injected before the test, and the eccentric wheel should be pulled by hand before starting(Figure(2) in 3). Make the cutter do one or two cycles of movement, check whether the machine is normal, the direction of motor rotation should be the same as the direction indicated by the arrow on the center wheel, otherwise the cutting will cause abnormal damage to the machine.
